shells

taken at one of the stalls in puca beach in boracay island. these real shells, stringed with twines, are meant to be used as a screen or curtain. the price: 3,000 pesos, or about 70 american dollars.

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.

sitting at a starbucks cafe waiting for my ride. with the heavy traffic i saw earlier, i'm wondering if i would have time to comment on your album. but i'm guessing not, as my pick up is here.

@amandal she's in the Philippines

What a lovely shot of this "curtain" you can see how much time and effort went into making it! Beautiful close-up shot and all those shapes and textures are beautiful and black-and-white!
