a trip to the allen gardens yesterday was necessary to maintain my sanity. or whatever there is left of my sanity. or to hide my insanity. yup, the latter.
actually, i was going to conquer the world but i got hungry so i went to eat at pickle barrel for a meal then walked down to the allen gardens. it was a much nicer day compared to the wickedly windy and miserably cold saturday. boy! am i really old, the cold is getting to me. methinks i will move to arizona. or alabama. or alameida.

fabulous shot, like how the ivy is curling over the pumpkin and those are strange looking pumpkins - they would make great jack-o-lanterns. the cold bothers me more each year. old bones, i guess?
