'twas such a beautiful summer day today, so instead of organizing my crap at home, i went out and found myself at the waterfront downtown. it's amazing how high the water still is; never seen the waves touch the boardwalk, and there's not even a strong wind. i understand the islands are still not open fully to the public. there is a strange look about the water and the way its waves move.
