ran out of time by summerfield

ran out of time

or more precisely i had no time at all. doctor's appointment, lotsa things to do at the office, online training that made me sleep half the time. plus where i wanted to photograph was a bit far from the office as i am simply tired of the usual fare around here. so a shot from yesterday would have to do for today.

this is the clock tower of toronto's old city hall building. the clocks are actually white but with the angle where i took it from, the blue hue of the sky reflected on the clocks' faces. full view of the building here.

i am rather surprised that my last two posts went onto pp without any faves at all. i feel bad for those with much better photos that didn't get the exposure. but hey, the magic monkeys must love me!
ha! looks like we were both looking up today! i do so love these gargoyles... and congrats on managing you to get a fantabulous blue sky sooc :)

as for the magic monkeys, i would leave them to their own devices... who knows how they make up their minds about anything?

The gargoyles remind me of a massive church I photographed in Newark- it's somewhere in my project but I don't feel like digging through the years to find it! Nice shot! As for the monkeys- they like the mystery. We'll never figure them out!

An impressive clock tower is always a good subject! I am amazed about the tone in the sky, Nikon's jpeg algorithm also must love you! ;-)
