unseasonably warm for september, or probably not. but we have been having a rather warm september, low to mid 20's (high 70's for you americans). when i walked around downtown yesterday, i was sweating like a horse. fortunately i didn't smell like one. :-P today we hit 26 degrees, and it has been foggy since last night. it called for a little bit of rain for the afternoon but that didn't happen.
i looked out the boss' lake view and saw a strange boat so a shot was called for. i was itching to get the long lens so i could've zoomed in and find out what this boat was all about.
thank you for your kind visits and comments, as well as your very generous favs for the mirror self-portrait on saturday. it lazed around pp and tp until well into last night and now it's a finalist for the weekly theme. and to think i whipped it out at the last minute. then i was checking my prompts list today and found that that prompt should've been for next saturday and last week should've been "funny". therefore, funny it will be on saturday, if i'm still alive, for that challenge.
in the meantime, over at five plus two our theme this week is "ceiling". can you think of a good idea for a selfie with that theme? if so, put it into photograph with yourself in it and tag it "fiveplustwo-ceiling".
That certainly looks like a cruise ship, albeit a small scale one... Today I've been thinking about cooler weather and seasonal change up there, but it sounds warmer than we're having in California! Winter WILL arrive and everyone will be wishing it was warm again!
