as for me, i'm almost going to fly off the handle, too. because i just got a text message from my phone provider saying my account is overdue. they've never even sent the bill for it. now i have to go to the bank again. darn it!
Don't fly off the handle, not good for your health!! Our banks are letting in one person at a time, the queue outside has 2m gaps between people. It;s like 1960s Russia without the snow and the KGB!

@farmreporter - i just did. i hate putting in my credit card number. hackers might steal my 5 remaining dollars! :-D what i was pissed was that i never got a statement so how do i know how much to pay? trust me, they got a mouthful from me. hehehe!
@randystreat - got rid of automatic drafts. one big company kept getting money off my account three times a month. i would complain and they would return the funds then they do it again the next month. it was a never ending cycle so the bank advised me to take them off my automatic payments. and i would just pay whenever. then there's mastercard who kept getting money off the automatic payment, when i have already over paid my account by $3K and they had to investigate when i asked them to refund to me the money; turned out they never notified me that the account was already paid. so what i do is pay online at my own convenience. when i say i go to the bank it means i would do it on the bank's ATM.
@summerfield I'm sorry you've had so much trouble with this. And if you don't get a bill, you don't know to pay it. Hopefully the payment won't be late. Most utilities here are giving a grace period.

I have all my utilities on automatic draft. That way they get paid. Period.
