i have quite a few sachets kicking around in my apartment. people, whether close friends or not, or relatives, whether i like them or not π, would always invariably gift me their handmade jewelry, etc., stuffed in little organza sachets. some were from cosmetic companies that had already been claimed by my nieces and other relatives. i had gathered most of them (this is just a few that i have) with the intention of donating it to our church bazaar, which of course didn't materialize, like everything else planned in this world due to the pandemic.
and if new postal procedures weren't so strict, these would've been mailed to some of you. but as it stands, there are just too many forms to fill up just to send an envelope.
I used to make a lot of earrings because I seldom saw something I liked. I too have plenty of these sachets but never gave any away. Lovely shot of your collection.
Such a lovely photo of these treasures! Here we can simply mail an envelope to Canada, we have to put more postage of course but we can mail most anything.
@louannwarren - rules imposed by the US authorities, we were informed by the post office. your people are mad at us because we won't open the borders yet, especially the gates in new york and michigan.
