panning the lens to the left of yesterday's walls, there is a small garden right next to it with a young maple tree. perfect for another half and half.
today was a weird kind of day. it started with a sunrise that inserted itself briefly through the heavy clouds, then the rain started. at mid-morning, it snowed, big flakes and all, but once it hit the window pane or the ground it melted right away. i understand in some places outside of toronto, they had a mini white-out. then by noon it was raining which turned to a heavy mist towards late afternoon. at the end of the day, the sky glowed red from the sunset.
i was supposed to have my ultrasound today but i got a late call from the clinic saying their equipment are being re-calibrated so they scheduled me for monday now. which was a good thing because i refuse to have gone out in that stupid crazy weather.
Nice half and half. Interesting weather. How cold it is up there and how warm it was here, until the clouds grayed up and the rain came, brief as it was. No watering the garden tonight.
Sounds odd, but I would love to have a little bit of crazy weather! Blue sky each and every day is quite boring. I like the blue in this picture though!
Oh every now and then it must be nice to get all four seasons in one day! It does create a fabulous talking point. I like what you have done with this photo and I think it’s very clever and economical of you to use the same space twice, and yet if you hadn’t informed us none of us would’ve noticed! To borrow the phrase, aces!
