there was fireworks across the road behind the manor. earlier a red carpet was laid outside the manor and it was a good indication that a party was going on and fireworks would be a feature. and indeed, there was fireworks.
cases of COVID-19 are rising in toronto once again and more than 60% of them are non-vacs. pity that! meanwhile i set myself a deadline for my painting and i've not started , even priming the canvas. i'm a lazy so-and-so.

Lovely fireworks capture Vikki. Here in Western Australia we're still doing very well on Covid front with no outbreaks. Many businesses are talking about making immunisation mandatory if you want to keep your job.

Covid is a real possibility here. Hospital is full and most of the Covid patients are non vaccinated. I just will never understand.
