it had been snowing the whole day today. this morning, i got a surprise when i stepped outside the building and the predicted snow was already underway and there was already a thick coating on the ground. after a few tentative steps, i decided i'd go and change from my runners to my snow boots. i thought i better not go anymore but since the snow was still new the ground wouldn't be so bad. i managed a 5 km walk but for more than an hour as i took my time. i slipped only once but otherwise i was fine. tomorrow, i think i will bring my runners when i go to the office and i will try to walk in the underground path.

I applaud you for your 5 km walk in light of the bad weather! That’s some awesome commitment. As an alternate to walking the path you could climb stairs. Just a suggestion.
