this is the bus i try to catch in the morning to go to the office, in the olden times. it goes straight to the southbound line station to union station downtown where my office is. it is an important enough route that there is service all days of the week, only outside of rush hour it only operates every 52 minutes. i can see from my bedroom when it is coming westbound. if the elevators are fast, then i can catch it as the stop is right in front of my apartment building. but these days, i mostly prefer to take the 6-minute walk to the main road and catch another bus to the station, another route altogether but getting to the same destination.
for the peter forsgard 52 assignments, the prompt this week is 'bus'. also for the 52 captures challenge, the challenge is 'ordinary' which challenges us to tell the (extraordinary) story of something ordinary.
the story is certainly not extraordinary but for the fact that it transports people here to there everyday.
