resurrecting an old self-portrait to fit the half-and-half theme and this week's 52 frames challenge of low key.
it was a beautiful day in toronto today. i had meant to go to the deaf culture centre of ontario, part of this year's "doors open" event. but i went home after church to eat first but got lazy to go out after. i started to paint something, an image i had in my head for quite sometime, but it didn't work out. what a waste of paints and canvas and time. i have lost my phojo, my painting mojo and my writing muse somewhere in hades. ah, there will be better days, i'm sure.
Absolutely sure! And I’m betting that, in the long run, the day wasn’t a waste. Always something that we’ve overlooked in the moment. Though it’s a pity you didn’t get to the deaf cultural center.
Loving that! What a super duper photo.
There is a deaf culture centre in Ontario? I would love that! Mind you, I speak using British Sign Language, so I am not sure we would be compatible!

This is a gorgeous, self portrait and very creative. What difficulty it must have created to get it so perfect. FAV
