and now for something completely different

"King's Highway 401, commonly referred to as Highway 401 and also known by its official name as the Macdonald–Cartier Freeway or colloquially referred to as the four-oh-one, is a controlled-access 400-series highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. xxx The part of Highway 401 that passes through Toronto is North America's busiest highway, and one of the widest." -wikipedia

i had intended to go on a photo outing and break in the new camera, but alas! that didn't happen.
Looks like you took a ride in a hot air balloon to get this shot instead= good one!

Everything is really dark grey and the lights of the cars provide the interest. Darkish at 6.30pm of course!

I really like your perspective for this shot. I am hoping you are walking across the bridge or perhaps the aliens are levitating you?

Great shot of the highway. I was terrified when we drove into Toronto - so many lanes and so many cars.

Nice leading lines. That is a lot of lanes for traffic.

Cityscape for sure. Just look at all those cars and it's not too bad.

traffic. i hate it so much. Took me 25 mins to get to work and an hour on the journey home...

Curious as to where you were taking this shot - I imagine on the side of a road bridge with cars speeding past you but with 18 lanes of traffic, that is one heck of a bridge going over the lot. The unusual pov makes the picture.
