These Ospreys built a nest in the same spot as a family we saw last year. It's atop a very tall pole near a river where they like to go fishing. I can't tell which are the parents and which are the kid(s). Maybe one of you can pick that out. Pic is a little bright, taken mid day, SOOC except for crop and name. The version on my computer doesn't show those cool rings in the sky ... not sure what that's all about.
The Osprey we saw a few days ago is not one of these .... different river, an hour or so away, no convenient nest for perching.

@coastandcactus Thanks Cissy. Yes, that bit of green caught my eye too. It must be growing there as I can't see why one of these guys would pick it and take it 20 or 30 feet off the ground.
