This Brazilian Verbena [Verbena bonariensis] is another plant growing at the nearby Museum. There are lots of sun-loving plants that do not do very well in our gardens so it's great to be able to visit local gardens where they thrive. September starting tomorrow ... not a lot of time left for garden shots ......
This is gorgeous, Anne, and I feel your pain! Winters are long and dreary here too, and the recent storm covered everything with salt spray, so our flowers and plants are dying off faster than normal.
