I've had my eye on collages and mosaics of various sorts for a while now, knowing I'd like to do one myself eventually. It wasn't until Mair [@mejbronant] posted her great work recently and mentioned the software she used that I knew I'd be able to pull it off. Wow, you're done? PLease go again for another year. Your shots are just too good for you to leave. My son went to school with, Silver, the guy that invented these photo collages made into pictures..
and i also see the very first photo of yours that i fav'd. when i saw it the first time i fav'd it and i followed you. it's the red maple leaf at the top of this photo. whew! and i'm supposed to be wearing glasses? not!

WOW! I never realised you were so near the end CONGRATS on finishing your 1st 365, love the collage, I was also thinking of going this route for my last shot, it's a very cool way to finish :D

@jannkc thanks jann. good question. i hadn't really given it much thought. i really reduced the size to post here so i'm nots sure of the resolution - i think i can still revert to the old size but I may have slipped up on that. i was thinking about doing a little book so maybe it will just end up in there.
This is awesome, Anne. I immediately downloaded the software so I can do the same for my first year. I am also thinking about a book of year one. I decided to continue into year 2, and will continue until it becomes a chore. I hope will continue as well. This time of year there is so much to photograph! Your thoughtful comments have been most welcomed, and I enjoy your daily posts.

Anne, I hadn't realized you were so close to 365! Congratulations and this shot is a winner....I love it!! Now, I trust you'll say you'll be back for year two?? I am losing so many friends who never stuck around to finish or quit after year two. You are definitely one of my favorite people ;-)

Anne, this fascinates me and I have a dumb question - do you keep all your 365 pics in a folder? I'd like to do this but my photos are organized by date and there's thousands! My 365 photos are mixed up with all the rest. Do you have any advice for me?

@timandelke thanks elke! yes, i kept them all in a separate folder and numbered them 365 001, 365 002, etc. i don't know if you can download yours from your 365 site or not. my computer is in getting repaired ... the memory card reader stopped working after posting my 365th pic ... maybe there's a message there! haha. anyway, i can't check out any possible solutions for you for a couple of days. i'll let you know if i come up with something then.
