I visited a friend who lives on the top of a mountain. The elevation is about 375 m [1230 ft] and the views go on forever. The white spots in the distance are ice and snow-covered lakes. The day I took this pic [2 weeks ago] we set out on snowshoes, and for most of the walk we made fresh tracks on top of 3 ft of snow.
