Ring Necks

We've been seeing some migrating ring-necked ducks the last few times we've been near water. They're very shy and swim away as soon as they hear the car slow down, challenging my little camera to the limits.

I've had the same problem with them - their hearing must be terrific - when the car is anywhere near approaching they do an immediate 180 and head for the open water - you did well to catch these.
