Another pic from the bus, by now we were enroute from the Summer Palace Gardens to lunch then Tiananman Square. So many cars and such aggressive driving! Our bus driver had his hands full and his patience stretched and that became an unexpected part of the entertainment while in Beijing. Oddly enough almost all the vehicles appeared to be in perfect condition.
ps. Thanks for your patience as I use pics from our fall trip to China to catch up here at 365. I've now moved into December, just a month and a half behind. And I'm only on day 2 of a 2 week trip .....
Yikes! Way too much traffic for me - 5 lanes wide is scary for a small town girl! This really gives a great idea of what it looks like there. Not what I would have guessed.
