The Christmas village came out today - a tad early! With two keen helpers at hand and no certainty that they'd be back before Christmas, we went ahead and got the boxes out and they did a super job setting it up on the mantle. They stand on a line of chairs --- the wider view I've posted some other years here at 365. They plan in detail with every little figure having it's place. The rest of us know enough not to touch!
