Sandhill Cranes by sunnygreenwood

Sandhill Cranes

This time of year, sandhill cranes are migrating and they stop to feed in an area about an hour from where we live. I went looking for them, and unlike last year, only saw them flying. Here's a link to a moment from last year, if you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4-XadLQjXc They have a voice to remember!
What a catch! Superb!

Great capture of them migrating. I bet it is something to hear them. We hear ducks flying overhead here.

Nice shot of their formation. I loved your video. I have never seen them migrating, but when we lived in Florida we had several living nearby who would wander through our yard. I love their calls!
