Another March day, another walk along a quiet road while we get through these really icy times we're experiencing. I hit the snowbank when the logging truck came by and recovered in time to get this pic of it disappearing off in the distance. The better pic would have been of me grabbing a small tree to pull myself up onto the bank! :)
That is one narrow road!
I used to drive on lots of logging roads in BC and was always prepared to hit the ditch.
The logging trucks were bigger than us and their drivers always said that we should hit the ditch since they would not. They could pull us out but there was no way we could pull them out!
My Dad used to drive a logging truck at times up in the mountains by Yellowstone. He worked for a small sawmill. Those logging roads are amazing and now I live in redwood territory where at times one tree takes more than one truck.

That's why I like walking in the bush...........no traffic! lol
