Fisherman, bird and cargo ship by susale

Fisherman, bird and cargo ship

Not the most fotogenic ship, but at least I got this lonely fisherman (great place to fish don´t you think?) and a bird in a same pic to give it a taste of perspective. I just couldn´t use b&w, it made everything look so depressing, so I used this unrealistic pinkish tone to make it more interesting. Best viewed large for all the details to stand out.
It makes a good image and I like the composition.

I love this. Wow...the fisherman is a brave man :) The bird really does draw your eye- I think this is perfect without the B & W. Wonderful capture.

I love this. As you say the sense of perspective works so well with the fisherman. Also like the tone you have chosen. A very striking shot.

@danitech Thank you so much Danielle! Yes, the shot would be pretty booring without the fisherman and the bird
@happysnap Thank you very much Linda, I too like this pinkish tone. The ship is still pretty ugly, but it can´t be helped.

That works very well. I agree with you that sometimes b/w can be too stark. This is why when it comes to monochrome I often prefer sepia, it is gentler and can have a warmish tone.

@mercuria Thank you so much Ariel, I argee with you sepia does give a warmer touch and that´s why I used sepia here, just added some pinkish tone into it to make it more interesting.
