@kaesebiscuit Little bit both I guess:D Mainly it it's a filler cos I got home pretty late. I was at Bodypump class after 3 weeks brake, 3 weeks without any workouts at all, yeah I was really hoping someone would have saved me from there too, not having fun at all at that class :D
@susale Oh, don't. Just don't.... You're making me feel guilty. It's been a few weeks now since I've been swimming or running, and I know I "should", I even want to, but the thought of actually getting out there and doing it... (If I was in bed now, I'd be hiding under the covers.)
My old running club is starting up again though, so maybe that will give me some motivation.

had to take a break cos of my shoulder, now I'm just taking it easy and seeing how it goes...running, well that I don't like at all, so can't really blame you haven 't done that lately, lol
