The inspiration; old keys by themselves are interresting subject for pics
I have many favs in my album and I have many reasons to fav a pic. Usually I know straight away if the pic is a fav for me, it´s the feelings evoked by the pic that make me push that f buttom. I also fav pics that I like for various reasons and that I know I want to look at again or maybe even show to someone else, I know that I can always easily find them in my fav album. And yes there is that inspiration reason too, I fav pics that give me inspiration. The only problem is that I´m so terribly bad at creating pics; even thou I know how something is done, I just can´t do it myself.
You are much too hard on yourself - you do a great job with your creations! Love the key and background tones in this. Personally I actually prefer it the other way up (turned my ipad around) just a personal preference.

A wonderful capture, and true to your inspiration. I think you do very well in getting beautiful pictures, but I know what you mean about having and idea and getting in an image like you imagine - I have that problem too.
