I had a photoshoot today. I took my friend´s daughter´s formal Confirmation pics. I was very nervous about this shoot cos it was all up to me; these are the only pics & the formal ones. My model made my job very easy for being so gorgeous but I must say that the light was so challenging to master and I´m not sure did I get it right. I was happy with the pics anyway, they might not be technically flawless but they are personal and most importantly my "clients" were happy with them.. Stunning. I think the light is lovely, no hard shadows but enough to bring out her features. Well done you, you should be proud of yourself, congratulations.
Truly beautiful portrait, both are stunning! You did so beautifully. I can only imagine how nerve wracking it must be to shoot someone else. People tell me I should take the plunge but there is quite a big difference between shooting my girls and other children :-)
The lighting looks alright to me. What I don't like- or more simply find a little distracting- is the line running down the left-hand side. But that can easily be cloned out. She is beautiful!
@olivetreeann Thank you for the feedback, you are so right, that bothers me too. I had such small area to work with so that wall could not be helped in every photo and yes that means a lot of work with post processing. I was just too tired to do it here and I liked the pose otherwise.
We are patient, take your time
