My get pushed challenge this week by @jocasta was a photo which portrays the things in life which are important to me. A very difficult challenge; how to photograph the things in life I value, cos the things I value the most are not really things.
One of the things important to me is "me time". I always need to have time to be by myself and reflect life. At summertime I like to sit outside and drink cold cider -a Strawberry Lime flawored most preferably - and maybe play some music on my phone and just be by myself in my own company.
It´s a crappy pic and no processing in the world will make it any better. Let´s call it the first try and try again.
Cider lover ;) Toi sydän on muuten hieno ton heijastuksen ja tummän värin kanssa. Siinä on särmää eikä pelkkää söpistelyy. Ehkä joku lowkey kuva jossa olis vaan toi sydän mustan ympäröimänä ja joku makee heijastus siellä sisällä.... oma siluetti viikate tanassa ? :-)
@janim I like cider & sweet things, so what ?! ;) Ja vihjailetko sä, et mä yleensä vaan söpistelen ;) Mur mur kuule ja kyllä mä sulle kohta söpistelyt näytän kun päästän mun pimeen puolen valloilleen ;) Joo tossa on kyl itseasiassa ideaa, en tie tartteeks mennä ihan viikatteeseen saakka mut jotain muuta yllättävää vois näkyy kyllä....
Great one for your challenge, Suse. I think you have succeeded in showing the things involved in your "me time" and you did it in a dreamy and less realistic way, so well done!
@susale söpöä, hän murisee ;) No ei vais, siis yleensä ottaen vaan sydämmet on niin söpöjä niin tää oli siinä mielessä piristävä poikkeus, ja tosiaan jotain pimeetä sen kanssa voi kehitellä :) Mielenkiinnolla odotan sitä !
I like the idea of capturing something as ethereal as time, and in a way, the processing brings that idea out more than you might have expected. Not sure what you had in mind, but I find this to be very effective given your goal.
I am the same way. Although I enjoy my friends, I don't mind being alone and doing the things I enjoy by myself. I think your shot sums up your feelings quite well. Good job on the challenge!
