Ramp to the walkway

Demolition of the walkway has commenced. I wonder if the structure pictured will also be removed.

I've wondered that too. Maybe even the tower will go too. Newcastle will be nothing but high rises before long and all its history gone.

@onewing I don't think they'll touch the tower Babs but we'll have to wait and see. I sure will miss the overhead walkway, what on earth will I photograph now??!!
