What a doll......

Whatever your thoughts are on antique dolls, thought I'd share this wonderful Bru. She's a large doll made probably about 125 years ago and worth thousands of pounds!! For me as a doll maker this is very exciting!

She is beautiful Susie! I certainly appreciate her age and beauty. Are you a collector and maker? My cousin, Nan Hawkes is highly regarded here in Australia and I'm wondering if you have heard of her? She has travelled the world quite a bit doing classes and going to doll shows :)

I have made reproduction antique dolls for many years now. @gilbertwood
I know of Nan Hawkes, I might have met her at one of the UFDC conventions in the US??
