Bah Humbug by suzanne234

Bah Humbug

When the 1984 film 'A Christmas Carol' was shot in Shrewsbury, with George C. Scott playing the part of Scrooge, St. Chad's Church, was used for a number of scenes and Scrooge's gravestone was placed in the graveyard. After the filming was over the gravestone was left in place.

Thank you for all your lovely comments, I will catch up as soon as able

Looks the part! Wonder how many people think it is the real thing.

Interesting story and I love the humour in leaving it there. Looks good in the slight sepia tone.
