@rickster549 No, no, I found them that way. That spot is hard to get to, I think they've been there for a while - at least since the last bad storm they had. It's a large stack too, it might withstand a bit of a beating.
@rickster549 These types of stacks are common throughout PEI and Nova Scotia, either as stacks like these or as figures they call Inukshuk. They are very cool! I have several pics of them, I'll probably have to start another calendar to post some of them.
