Colorado Avalanche vs St Louis Blues, at the Pepsi Center, Denver, CO. We were on a work-related trip to Denver, and decided while we were there to catch a hockey game. The game marked the return of Adam Foote to Denver, and the gave him a nice tribute and a warm reception, at least until the puck dropped. My dad loved hockey- a proud recipient of a Rangers hockey puck scar after one ricocheted off the protective barrier behind the goal and hit him on the forehead! I can never follow the puck so I loose interest quickly- but I like the stop action shots and this is a good one!
