Andromeda and Perseus by swillinbillyflynn

Andromeda and Perseus

The Mevagissey gulls have recently formed their own amateur operatic society.

Here are Dolores and Fergus practicing one of the more dramatic duets from Johann Michael Haydn's opera 'Andromeda und Perseus'. This is the scene where Andromeda is chained to a rock and about to be eaten by a sea monster until Perseus comes to her rescue.

They are very good and I can't wait to see the first full performance. I think seagulls should get more involved in the arts...... they are far more talented than people give them credit for.
Lol, Billy. Love it. Fav.
