As idyllic Cornish house locations go...... it doesn't get much better than this granite cottage on the banks of the river near Malpas. Nestled in the heart of a large area of unspoilt ancient woodland with no neighbours anywhere near in any direction. The nearest outpost of civilisation is the pub on the opposite bank of the river.
