Ah, so that's how it's done...I might try at some point as I've never been one fro street photography due to being a big chicken. Excellent shot by the way, nice hair do in the middle there (seriously)...if I had the required amount of hair anymore I'd give it a go.
When I was in my young twenties I would with a friend of mine, start to look up at the roof or sky for a while. You would be surprised how many people stop and start looking with you and the small talk that goes with it.
