I seem to have developed a taste for sparkling shiraz. It's one of those wines where the first taste makes you think "Oooo that's a bit odd", particularly if you have never tried a sparkling red wine..... The second mouthful makes you think "Actually that's rather nice". After a couple of glasses you rushing to the shops to buy a case full. :)
