These two swans spend most of their time gliding gracefully across the water in Mevagissey Harbour looking beautiful and elegant.......
However, they often decide to wander up the slipway and take a walk around the local shops. I have to say that we see a darker side to their characters when that happens. They hiss and flap and scowl at anyone who gets in their way....... It's best to keep your distance really.
Haha! Friends of ours have a pair on their pond. When they come up by the house and get all huffy, even the dogs cower. My friend has a huge leaf rake he shakes at them, then they go back to the pond, and pretend to be lovely and innocent again. Nice shot of these guys. Thanks for the laugh.
