After yesterdays rant about being badly let down by "Carpet Right"..... I went to their website which is full of comforting statements about customer care and no hassle service. I went to their contact page and wrote them a scathing letter of complaint.
24 hours later and I have had no response.
When they say their customer service is "second to none"...... I now know exactly what that means....... "No service at all is better than what we offer"
