I'm retired. I live with my wife in a small village in the province Limburg, The Netherlands. It is close to the German border and the nearest city is Roermond.
Last year (2021) I decided to take photography a bit more serious. I joined a photography club in our village and started my 365 project on January 1st 2022. I like to take pictures of things that are interesting to me. It can be objects, funny situations, interesting textures or people. Carnival is a great opportunity to capture photos of people that applied artistic make-up in various colors. I also document exhibitions we visit.
Besides photography, I like to play bridge, cycle, walk and hike. The last three also present opportunities to take interesting (landscape) photos.
