I see the moon

Another gorgeous clear day out and the moon was so pretty up in the sky.

Quite a unique shot, I have seen this moon in the daytime on several occasions, but have never figured out, just how this happens, as during the day here , it is night on the other half, of the world,and that is where the moon should be: is he just moon-lighting here in the daytime??

I can just see the old "Man in the Moon"...it looks like his head is just going under some water....nice shot!
