Going, going, gone! by tara11

Going, going, gone!

So, this is what the deer did 2 days after I planted these (I hope that you can see the naked one in the background). The good news is that the front one is still intact after I sprayed Liquid Fence on it. Tara - 1, Deer - 1 Have a great weekend everyone!
That's what the rabbits like to do with mine flowers some years. Beautiful shot here!

Keep fighting those deer - the plants are worth it.

I never thought about deer eating people's flowers, until the 365. A couple of years ago, a little buck was coming into my yard. I didn't have any flowers for him to eat back then. :0)

Hopefully the liquid fence will do the trick, what type of tree is that in the background on the left with no bark on it? Hope you all have a pleasant weekend also!

@tonyjsisti It's a very big Crepe Myrtle. When it blooms next, I'll have to take some pictures.

@tobi @alwyn255 @cjwhite I will keep fighting! I think I'm going to win this time. Flowers and plants in my yard make me so happy!

Good luck with keeping the deer away from your plants, I guess they only like the tender new shoots.

Oh, so sorry! That is the downside to that "nature preserve" you live on...but at least a few sprays and it should all be okay.
