We went to our Alma Mater, Georgia Tech, for a football game last night. It was lots of fun to see everyone and to sit and watch a great game on a gorgeous night. I was kicking myself that I didn't bring my slr, but I got some decent shots with my iPhone. I had a little fun processing this one. This is the view from our seats (yes, nose bleeds) but it was an amazing view of downtown Atlanta.
@olivetreeann Yes, in person the sunset reflections were amazing. When I was playing around with it I found a setting that really highlighted them. Thanks for your comment!
@margonaut Thanks! I guess you're a GT fan? We used to sit on the left when we had regular season tickets, but upper deck. We stopped for awhile due to kids sports conflicts. Anyway, these seats weren't half bad. Go Jackets!
@tara11 Yes, we are most certainly GT fans! I graduated from Tech many many moons ago. I think we've had season tickets for 22 years now, although there were many years when I didn't make it to more than a game or two a year because of kids and soccer, so totally understand. My husband never had a problem finding someone to take my place though...
@margonaut Cool! What was your major? My husband and I graduated in 1987. I received a BS MSci and John has a BS NE. Neither of us currently use our degree ; )) I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works in software development.
I got my ME in '89. (It was my second degree) Never used it either. Stay-at-home mom too. Although I'm not sure that title applies now that both kids are in college.
@m9f9l Mechanical Engineering. I'm not sure they have Education at Georgia Tech. Then again, they probably do now. I was floored to find out that they have "liberal arts" now. @tara11 is MSci Materials Science? I took some awesome materials courses there.
@margonaut It was Management Science. Not sure they have that anymore. I always say its a cross between management and iE. We've got a conflict for the game tomorrow. Cheer on our Jackets for us!
Thanks for taking the time to look and comment!
Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. It was a fun evening. I posted the regular processed shot in my extras folder.

@gooner46 Yep, Chris, it does come in handy! Thanks for your comment.
