So, I reached the 1 year mark back in March but could never decide how to commemorate. Thanks to inspiration from Danny @soboy5, I created a collage of my top 10 shots. Some made PP, but not all and I'm still striving for TT :)
This past year, my eyes have been opened to the beauty around me. I have lived in this house for 14 years and never realized that I had at least 5 varieties of woodpeckers, tons of different butterflies, too many birds to count and all this in my own back yard!
I've learned how to take the camera off of Auto everything and now I use manual everything, even focus. I've still got so much to learn, but what I've learned in just one year is priceless and I feel like my eyes have been opened to the amazing beauty surrounding me.
Thank you to all my faithful followers. You inspire me everyday with your beautiful shots and kind words of encouragement. I'm so thankful for the many new friends that I have made here from all over the world.

Oh....you finally did it! You got the 365th shot up! I am so glad you do this project and are doing photography! I am hoping to take a class this summer. Maybe you want to join me? Those are some great shots in that collage and they work so well together. I love the water crown, the butterflies, well..all of them! Changing focus does make one realize how beautiful the world can be! Congrats on finishing! Maybe you could put this same pic on your calendar view back in March too..where it marks your true final day. :))
This is such an awesome way to summarize what 365 is all about. This is an awesome variety of beautiful shots - everyone of which you should be quite proud. As I said before, glad I found your page even if it did take me a year!!
Congratulations Tara! Such an amazing achievement. The photo's in your collage are all beautiful, and I have enjoyed seeing your shots since I joined a few months ago. I really enjoyed reading your description about your 1st year journey with 365 and hope I can write something similar when I reach that milestone :)
