On our way to Hearst Castle, we made a quick stop in Big Sur. We hiked up to Pfeiffer Falls which was a short 3 mile round trip hike. It was so beautiful here, I would love to come back and spend some more time. It's really hard to capture the grandeur of the Redwoods, but this is a journal shot as wek hiked the trail.
That sounds like so much fun, Tara! I went there with my family as a kid...about 6 years old maybe. It was a glorious trip. This brought back all those memories.
