I like making this roasted potato dish that starts by fermenting the potatoes for a week. My wife doesn't like it. She is away for a week and a half, so this is a golden opportunity to make it.
That is very interesting. I have never heard about that dish either. How do you get the potatoes fermented ? Do you use your sourdough bread ferment or some kind of yeast ?
