"Sam's Shed"... by tellefella

"Sam's Shed"...

Sam was a stockman in the 1950's and a colourfull character to this day...we met Sam in outback queensland a couple of years ago and have been friends ever since....spent the last few days at Sams property and helped him with a few chores mostly centred around Sam's Shed....
Sam appears well organised & doesn't look to have had his day. You can't keep a good man down. I bet you enjoyed helping out & checking out Sam's shed also bet you worked up an appetite.

Great shot, I used to use a Pillar drill like that one in school when I taught the children how to drill holes safely and hopefully in the right place! Interesting workshop.

Great shot of your friend Sam, and a great story about him too.

A great character portrait. I like your story about your friendship. We have made friends on our travels as well. Sometimes it is bitter sweet because most often you won't see them again...however there some that just "stick" and we make an effort to stay connected.
