You have a lovely collection of photographs here - all sorts of techniques and subjects, though mostly outdoors this month. For your get pushed challenge this week, how about setting up a still life, exploring further the effects of lighting? Is that ok?

@valpetersen Hi Val, thank you for your nice comments on my photo collection. I don't take many interior photos cuz we live on a boat and the lighting isn't very good, especially on these overcast days in the Great Pacific Northwest. But I have set up some impromptu studios for close ups and food photos. Your challenge is very perfect this week. As it happens we are studying lighting in my online photography class and we are to experiment with direct light, reflected light, diffused light, etc. I'm looking forward to tackling this, thanks very much.
