I "think" this is arrow leaf clover. This plant came back from seeds left from a plant last year.

First I've seen or heard of this - but can see where the name fits. Will have to be more watchful - very nice focus.

@milaniet Thanks! It is a popular clover here in Alabama, but not as popular in hayfields as crimson clover.
