Portrait...

I have a 16 year old patient with Asperger's, who loves Lego blocks. I've taken photos for him before and he is ready for discharge. Today was our final "photo shoot" and he brought this "original" creation, as a gift for me. I am "NOT" the one in the red ball cap. Very special!!
Love the story and the photo! Well done!

Cute. It's nice that you were able to bond with this patient. Asperger's patients can be very difficult to work with in some settings.

@randystreat Thanks! We truly have bonded. His mom is able to observe our sessions via a video monitor. Since we are at a high level of therapy, we spend much of the time in conversation, with me monitoring his speech production rate and syllabification. :- ) Mom gets tickled at our conversation and says she "learns a lot about him" through the conversations. (He knows she is observing!)
