The top of the City Federal Building in Birmingham, AL, USA. It began as a bank with office suites in the floors above. For a long time, it was the tallest building in Birmingham. At one time a radio station (WSGN) was located on the top floor and I had a chance to visit. I don't remember there being any windows to look out.
This building continues to be used and occupied.
